My research mostly focuses on how individuals experience and respond to their workplace and their interactions with others. I have a particular interest in affective processes and well-being. More recently, I have developed a stream of research focusing on theory and models around change, expectations, and other congruence processes; the world is not static, and neither are people's expectations of or responses to it. A selected set of publications is below.
